Author Online

A live author chat online is a great way for students to talk to Hazel.

Literature festivals can be enhanced by an author talk, which is time and cost effective for interstate or international organisers.

Conducted through skype, Zoom or specialist web conferencing software with the school hosting, students can ask Hazel questions directly about reading, writing, books and characters. Relevant also for adult groups such as writing groups or book clubs. Many discuss Hazel's memoir 'Not Just a Piece of Cake; Being an Author' and then arrange an online visit.

The author webchat is supported through a range of  Resources.
