CREATING AN ACCOUNT FOR HAZEL’S STORE

In order to access and use Hazel’s Online Bookstore you will need to create an account. This will only take a few moments and your details will not be used for any other purpose other than to facilitate the processing of your order. Once you have set up your account and logged in, please click on the links on the top right hand corner of the website to access your account or view your orders.

Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

PAYMENT OF ORDERS

Orders can be paid using your credit card online or via PayPal. Credit card payments are processed using the PayMate gateway and both VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. If you would prefer to pay offline, please contact [email protected] and a telephone payment can be organized.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

All physical books will be dispatched within 48 hours in an Australia Post Express Post envelope or satchel. Each parcel will have a unique identification code which can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can be facilitate through Hazel’s Online Store but will attract an additional postage fee of $15 AUD for international delivery of printed books. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Hazel is more than happy to organize an immediate return or refund as you wish. Please contact [email protected] if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, service or delivery from Hazel’s online store.

DOWNLOAD OF EBOOKS

The download of any e-books purchased from Hazel’s Online Store is enabled within your account. Once your payment has been processed, an email will be sent to your nominated email address with a link to the download. The E-Books available in Hazel Edwards’ online store are EPUB files. These files are readable on a number of EBook Reader formats (many which can be downloaded free) including iBooks on iPad, Adobe Digital Editions, Barnes & Noble Nook, Sony Reader, Lucidor, Stanza, Ibis Reader, Mobipocket, Aldiko for android

Once your payment has been processed, the e-book will be available for download in your account (which needs to be set up in order to browse the store and requires a log in and password). Simply right click on the file and download. This file will then remain in your account. To view your orders and access the e-book, click on “View Orders” in the top right hand corner of Hazel’s website.

They have been deliberately priced to be affordable and accessible to all readers and aspiring writers.
